Met with Lorraine in December, when i first decided to put my place up for sale. There was so much work to be done on my end, before i could have it listed, and Lorraine walked me through every single step. Very helpful, very pleasant, always had the best advice for me moving forward. When the time came to have photos taken mid February, she knew just who to contact, and the photos turned out fantastic! She also advised me on some attorney's that I could use, and I chose the right one. He was excellent. Photos of the house were taken on a Thursday, then they were put on line the following Friday, and potential buys came on Saturday, and I accepted a bid on that first day of showing! All of the processes that needed to be completed after that up unto the closing date, Lorraine walked me through every single one. I could not have done the sale, as quickly and as painlessly as it happened, without Lorraine's guidance and expertise!
