Lorraine and Stephen did an amazing job. They were so great to work with helped me find exactly what I needed. I appreciated their great communication and honesty which really helped make the situation a lot easier. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a home and would definitely use them again.
Lorraine Spinogatti was an absolute delight to work with. I just completed a First Time Home Buyers Program, and I was unfamiliar with many of the real estate practices, procedures, and mortgage rules and regulations. At times it seemed overwhelming, and I couldn't understand it all, not in the least bit. Lorraine explained everything so that I had a better understanding of what the steps were in purchasing a home. Without Lorraine Spinogatti I believe I would have been lost, much like Dorothy from The Wizard of Oz. I will always think of Lorraine as my Glenda (the good one from the North), and just Dorothy, all I can say is; There's no place like home! Steve has been wonderful he has been nothing but reliable and professional. He has sold two homes for us in a very timely manor. Our last home sold in less than a week. I would definitely use him again and refer him to a friend

Being 100 % PTSD out of Viet Nam , I have a bad temper and a bad attitude , Steve stayed on target and we got the house I wanted. He stayed calm while I was shooting off my big mouth. We looked at over 50 houses before I found I wanted. He made the finance part go very smooth and after the sale he helped me with my property tax for my disability . Any other sale person would have walked out me , he also liked my service dog Mira , a retired racing Greyhound from Hounds 4 Heroes.
