Lorraine Spinogatti was an absolute delight to work with. I just completed a First Time Home Buyers Program, and I was unfamiliar with many of the real estate practices, procedures, and mortgage rules and regulations. At times it seemed overwhelming, and I couldn't understand it all, not in the least bit. Lorraine explained everything so that I had a better understanding of what the steps were in purchasing a home. Without Lorraine Spinogatti I believe I would have been lost, much like Dorothy from The Wizard of Oz. I will always think of Lorraine as my Glenda (the good one from the North), and just Dorothy, all I can say is; There's no place like home! Being 100 % PTSD out of Viet Nam , I have a bad temper and a bad attitude , Steve stayed on target and we got the house I wanted. He stayed calm while I was shooting off my big mouth. Any other sale person would have walked out me , he also liked my service dog Mira , a retired racing Greyhound from Hounds 4 Heroes.
