Lorraine is the absolute best realtor! Knowledgeable and hard working are understatements. We had never sold a home before so we did a bit of research for the kind of realtor you want and Lorraine hit everything we were supposed to check off. Initially we met to have Lorraine help us prepare our home for sale. She was honest about what we needed to "freshen" up and what we needed to clear out, we have a lot of stuff. After we walked through the house we sat down and she shared her selling history, explained how she handles open houses, she had all the current, comparable local home sales. Lorraine spent several hours going over everything from a-z, she left nothing out for us to guess. Lorraine also never told us what to do, she told us our options and what each decision would mean to US. Once our home was on the market Lorraine called me EVERY DAY to give me updates, feedback from other realtors and buyers. We never felt alone or unsure, Lorraine had our backs. Our home sold in 2 weeks and we are sure it was because of Lorraine.

totally great experience from start to finish, Lorraine is the consummate professional. The open house drew a large turnout, and the house sold quickly for close to the asking price. Lorraine, spent a lot of time at the property, dealing with inspectors and repair and cleanup companies , and was always available to handle little problems that kept popping up.
