Great experience working with Lorraine

Lorraine did a wonderful job selling a home I inherited. She was able to give me an accurate market value when we first met and was very personable. She also gave very useful advice for getting the home ready to sell. Lorraine guided us all along with way; we never had sold a home before and were managing many other life stressors as well at the same time. When it came to listing, she had great ideas that fit the timing of the year and put us in a great position to garner interest and several offers. She helped us navigate some unforeseen situations during open houses and accepting the house offer as well. Lorraine was very communicative over the phone, text, and in person.
