Lorraine was extremely helpful throughout my purchase process. During the early stages of my search, she was meticulous in understanding exactly what I was looking for, she took the time to talk with me to get a feel for my timeline, and then she went about her search for a great property. She was proactive in finding me what I was looking for - through a colleague of hers, she was able to get me an "early look" at a perfect property. Through two rounds of negotiations, we had a deal that both parties were happy with. Easy and painless process. Would highly recommend.
