Educated, qualified, thoughtful, and considerate are just a few traits to describe Lorraine Devine. Her responses to my texts/calls/emails were always handled and responded to within 30mins regardless of the time of the day. I was very unsure as to what i could afford as a first time buyer and had no knowledge on the entire process of how to close once we found an ideal location (many locations were presented to me). Often, i felt she knew what i was searching for better than i could explain it to her, as well as provided me with comparisons to truly narrow down to what i want and need. Do to the non stop hard-work of this woman, I have happily settled in awesome location that is affordable for me and has all my desires. Stellar performance nonetheless. 5/5

We worked with Lorraine Devine for the sale of our property on Brunswick drive. She helped us to prepare our house for sale and she did a wonderful job. She was informative about what we needed to do. She was wonderful to work with. She advertised on all the proper web sites and therefore we sold it in a speedy manner. I would highly recommend her.

THE GREATEST...!!! The first time my family used her she helped us by our home. We found it and we wrote up all the paperwork within a day and then the second third fourth fifth sixth and seventh time we used her to rent our property out she found us a renter in less than a week ... ... we are thankful we have her
