January 11, 2021 My evaluation of Lorraine Burns is A+. I have only good things to say about her role in the sale of our condo at 3700 Dean Drive Unit 1807, Ventura 93003. There were complications in the transaction, including: terminating the tenancy of a tenant reluctant to leave; delays in obtaining HOA documents for transfer of ownership; and respecting coronavirus restrictions and protections. Through it all, Lorraine put in extra effort and creativity to help us finish the transaction. She coordinated competently with the title company, with the buyer’s agent, and with our needs.
