Lorraine is in a word, AWESOME! She is a professional from the start of the process through the end. I so appreciated her communication with me at every step of the process. She hit the ground running with 3 open houses the weekend after we listed the house. Based on her knowledge she knew where to price the house to get the most action and we were in Escrow 5 days after listing the property. I had already moved to Seattle and she went above and beyond to make sure that everything was taken care of at my home when I couldn't be there to do it myself.
