Lorraine got my home sold in 33 DAYS - from the time I sat down with her and said I wanted to list it, to the time I took a good, solid offer. She is an amazing realtor. She gave me insightful advice on the local market (which is really going up with the reopening of coal mines). We offered my house at a fair price and she made sure the ad listed all its assets. She had people coming to see it all the way from Michigan and California! I was very happy with our communication; she kept in touch and kept me in the loop. I got plenty of notice before buyers came and follow-up calls afterward. She is a sweet, fun, intelligent lady with a real love for her work. I highly recommend her.
