We had an uphill battle with pending foreclosure and HOA litigation. Lorna kept working against the odds to put together all the necessary documentation, interact with all parties from the bank, HOA, lawyers and potential buyers. She showed a great ability to orchestrate iterative proposals after several issues with the bank and rejections from the HOA. Even after a court order, she kept pushing for an amicable outcome bringing the entrenched parties to the table. Her dedication and professionalism are second to none.
