Lorisa has always been captivated with real estate. She loves standing beside her clients every step of the way through one of the most important milestones of their lives. Before joining Angela Lotman’s team at Dudum Real Estate Group, Lorisa worked at that same company as a front admin, learning all aspects of a successful file. After graduating from Chico State University with a B.S. in Business Administration Management and a minor in Marketing, she jumped into a role in tech sales. It was great for a bit, but there was still a key ingredient missing. Lorisa is a people person and her passion for sales/marketing was missing the link of relationships. She quickly realized it was time to jump back into the Real Estate world, where she can utilize all of her skills together, helping her thrive in doing what she loves!
Lorisa brings a youthful enthusiasm and fresh energy to her work and is an active, hands-on participant during every real estate transaction. She looks at the big picture and can keep many plates spinning while patiently breaking down a complex process into small, achievable goals. She respects everyone’s time and prides herself in being resourceful, hardworking, and getting things done right the first time.
Lorisa was born and bred in Martinez and is proud of her family’s long-standing East Bay roots. When not servicing her clients, Lorisa is a self-proclaimed foodie and loves partaking in the Bay Area’s renowned restaurant scene. She is a fervent travel enthusiast as well and embraces every opportunity to visit new places on her must-see list. With any additional time, she is also a dedicated volunteer for Pleasant Hill Falcons Youth Football & Cheer, as helping youth in her own community is something she feels so strongly about, having such close ties to her own community in which she was raised.
One other true passion close to her heart is the fight to end Alzheimer’s disease. This is Lorisa’s most cherished cause, and she regularly participates in the Walk to End Alzheimer’s and anything she can do to raise awareness and funds to find a cure!
Lorisa is jovial, dynamic and truly a delight to work with. She brings this excitement, passion, drive, and success to any transaction and is an asset to any client’s real estate needs.
