Lorisa is a very hard working, committed realtor. The first thing that strikes you about her is her leadership quality. She is a natural. She is very knowledgeable of the area, knows the process very well, and guides you through the whole process. She listens to your needs and could possibly convince you to buy the property but never really force you. We bought our home through her team at Teles properties (then). She is very disciplined, organized and makes the whole process of buying stress free. Everything goes per schedule. Takes a lot of load off your back. She is also a tough negotiator.
