Selling your house is never a lot of fun, especially with a two year-old. Loris and Brooke worked hard to make sure that I had enough time to get everything put in order before a buyer walked through the door. They even worked to stack appointments. It was only on the market for nine days and I had a very solid offer. They sent me reminders and closed quickly!

Brooke showed us EVERY (or almost every) house that came on the market in a 6 month time frame. She never put pressure on to make a decision, but would just listen and then move on to the next property. She worked her magic to get the closing done very quickly and with as little pain as possible. We couldn’t be happier with our new home!
