Lorie and Todd were absolutely the best. When we began our home search in FL while living in another state, I never expected we would find an agent who would work so hard and who TRULY had our best interests at heart. Communication was exceptional. We would email, call or text and they always responded to us right away – ALWAYS. They understood the challenges of buying a home virtually and were extremely professional and knowledgeable and always went above and beyond every step of the way. It took us more than six months to find the right home and there was never any pressure. They were patient, understood what we were looking for and we always knew and felt that they truly cared about making sure we found the right home for us - not about simply landing the next deal. Once we found our home and had a closing date, Lorie was still in constant communication making sure that we knew where things were at every step of the way and definitely went above and beyond as we ran into significant servicing issues with our lender leading up to our closing date.
