Absolutely wonderful! She was very consistent and on top of the game. Very attentive to my needs and request. Not only that she stays in touch after getting the job done. Lorie was amazing from start to finish. Lorie contacted me by phone as I must have entered my info on a listing. I told her I was sorry, but that I wouldn't be ready to buy for at least 2 more years. I was waiting for her to hang up on me as it happened with 3 other realtors before. To my surprise she was very understanding and said that she would send me listings so that we could get to know each other and that anytime I was in Myrtle Beach to let he know and she would show me properties during my visit. It was awesome having a realtor do what Lorie did. She was always ready and willing to take me to see properties and we did get to know each other. When the time was right she knew by then exactly what I was looking for and she hit it out of the park. She was with me through the whole process. It was a new build and she kept me in the loop. I even lost my patience towards the end, but she understood. It was a long process and I came from PA for the walk through, and then the closing. It was grueling, But with Lorie's help I made it through. When I arrived in my brand new condo in September of 2023 I felt like I came home. Which was odd because I was born and raised in Bethlehem PA. But I am home. I love everything about my new place, location, location, location, safety, view from my patio, the layout and all the appliances and fixtures. I am living in my happy place with the ocean 5 minutes away. I love it here. Everything is slower and I really love that too. Kudos to Lorie for doing such a great job finding my new forever home.
