We were new to buy a retirement home. I few things we would do differently. Not so sure it was in our best interest to have one realtor to represent both the buyers and the sellers. It was her first time dealing with a manufacture home so she had to research some of our questions - which she did and did get back with us on the answers. We were out of state buyers so that complicates things also.

Lorie was absolutely amazing. We needed to find our dream home here in Florida at the height of the market. It was a difficult task but Lorie made it happen and we could't have been more satisfied. She was very attentive to what we wanted, there was always good communication back and forth and she's so down to earth and friendly that even through many hurdles, she somehow eased our stress throughout the entire process. We couldn't be more thankful for her determination, skills and market knowledge! We are very happy new home owners now because of her :)
