Lori was a great fit for us. She was level headed and helped us through a sometimes stressful process. She showed great patience and understood this was a major decision for us and we needed time to make the right choices. Lori was very professional and never tried to change our minds on an issue. For my wife and I she went the extra mile and we couldn't have asked for more positive thoughtful person.
