Being a first time homebuyer, the whole process was a little overwhelming and I'm glad I had Lori to help walk me through the process. She made herself available to talk whenever I had questions (pretty much anytime). When I'd send her a text or email asking for clarifications she responded within the hour and would offer to call me back immediately. When touring homes my boyfriend and I never felt pressured to buy, it always seemed like she wanted us to find the home perfect for us no matter how long it would take. During negotiations, she did her best to fight for what we wanted and was instrumental in the eventual deal going forward (we almost backed out because the seller wouldn't repair the AC which we thought was a deal-breaker). Long story short, the whole home buying process was stressful to be sure, but I can't even imagine how much more stressful it would have been without Lori to walk and guide us through the process. I've recommended Lori to family/friends and have not heard any complaints yet. Highly recommended.
