We have had the pleasure of knowing Lori Wade on both a personal level as a neighbor for about 12 years, and a professional level as our realtor. Her kind personality throughout the years was a perfect fit as someone to represent our interest in selling, not just our house, but a place we made home. She always kept our best interest at heart, and cared deeply about what was important to us. Throughout the process, Lori was excellent with communication, and consistently kept us updated with information, as well as, responding to any questions or concerns my wife and I may have had. This was a professional attribute we highly valued. Furthermore, Lori's ability to recommend contractors or specialists for work that needed to be done on the house was very useful. We thought she went above and beyond when she was able to recommend more than one company to provide second opinions and pricing. During the process, she spent a considerable amount of time talking to the companies herself to weigh in her professional opinion and help us move forward with an appropriate decision.
