I’ve worked with Lori twice now, once on the purchase of my condo and then the sale. Both times she has been patient, knowledgeable, and a joy to work with. I was across the country when recently selling and she went above and beyond to help with all of the details. I happened to be in Huntington Beach and she’s an expert on the are. I’d definitely recommend Lori!

She has fantastic communication skills and was in constant communication with myself and my wife. I am very remiss in responding to my experience with Lori Thompson due to health issues and construction on the house I recently purchased through Lori. Let me say first of all that Lori was always available to show me homes in many different towns/cities. I can't imagine the amount of time she spent researching, making calls to other agents, inspectors, etc. - but as I have said, Lori was always willing to do everything she could to get a home for me. The home that I ultimately purchased was set up by Lori in such a way that it made it very desirable for the former owners to sell to me specifically. She knew how to make my offer so desirable that it was chosen over others and in a timeframe that was quick and efficient. I know she will do the same for any prospective client she works with. She is very professional and personable and I think anyone would be pleased to work with Lori.

We decided to sell our home on the water in Huntington Harbor and ultimately chose Lori Thompson of Coldwell Banker. This proved to be a wise choice as she brought her own expertise and also the resources of Coldwell Banker to the project. She helped determine our price level, arranged expert video and photography in two days to highlight the property and get it listed. She suggested staging of the interior to be uncluttered and appealing for the photos. She brought multiple buyers by appointment so we were minimally inconvenienced and was very professional, personable, persistent and passionate in her showings which rubbed off on those viewing it. She suggested a price adjustment after a trial period which produced immediate results and our entering escrow two days later. They liked it so much they even wanted the furniture to keep it just as it was without the bother of furnishing. Trust your property to Lori who managed the escrow process, kept us informed with copies of all documents and helped negotiate the contingencies of the buyer in an amiable fashion for all concerned. We closed on time and with asking price offer in this market was very good.

Our search for a beach home spanned a 6 month period and during this time, Lori was very responsive, listened to our needs. She was knowledgeable and professional and most of all, extremely patient in helping us find our perfect home. As out of state buyers, the process was a bit more challenging however, Lori stayed in constant communication with us, pre-screened properties, kept us up to date on all new listings that met our criteria and even video toured a few properties in our absence. Her follow through and attention to detail during purchase /escrow process and thereafter was also outstanding! We highly recommend Lori for your real estate needs.
