Lori was amazing! We reached out to her after a terrible experience with another agent and we're glad we did! She was night and day compared to another agent with "10 years of experience" that kept telling us to make ridiculous offers. She was always checking in, VERY responsive to our questions/texts/calls, very kind, patient, and, more importantly, she really had our best interest.
