She was straight forward and a delight to work with. She gave us realistic expectations from the beginning to the end and always did her best to accommodate us. I love Lori! I've used her 3 times so far and will continue using her, as long as I remain in this area. The best thing about her is that she's ALWAYS available. We started looking in August 2016. Lori was recommended to us through USAA. Our initial contact was very pleasant. She was VERY patient with us. I found her to be extremely knowledgeable of the area and market. I should have followed some of her advice early in the search. If I would have heeded her advice, I would have had a home within 3 days of searching, instead of slogging through until December and moving through the holidays.
