Lori did an amazing job listening to our wants and needs, and helping us find our first home in a new state. She was very attentive, professional, and was quick to respond to messages as well as scheduling showings that worked with our busy life and work schedules. She has an exceptional eye for detail when we would be viewing a home, and would point out any concerns we would want to look into as buyers. She helped us find a lender that would work with us to get a VA loan as well. We love our new home, it’s in a quiet neighborhood, and great convenient location close to everything for our busy lives. I can't thank Lori enough. This was a long process and Lori was patient, professional and knowledgeable. We looked at houses for 4 months trying to find the right one and put in more than one offer. Lori always listened to what I said I liked and didn't like and focused the search based on that. She was willing to find a way to make schedules work and always new what questions to ask. When we finally found one she walked me through the process of the inspection and negotiating and all the rest until we successfully closed.
