Lori was exceptional! She made us feel like she was a longtime friend and had all of our best interests in mind at all times. She went out of her way to make sure that she had the answers to all of our questions or concerns before we even had a chance to ask. She took the time to do walk through videos for us and was extremely knowledgeable of the surrounding areas. This was by far one of the best buying experiences we have ever had.
