Sold my mother's home in one day above list price. Apparently Lori schedule a number of showings on the first day and I received four offers, I live out-of-town so her services were essential to a smooth completion of the sale. Closing occurred within a month, fastest closing I have been associated with. Will use Lori's services again when I sell my home in the same city.
You need Lori Stancill in your life!!! She was able to work with our challenging home-selling situation, handle it with professionalism, expertise, and courtesy...and navigate us through the entire process while making sure the offers and asks (for repairs) were reasonable. I really felt like she made sure I wasn't being taken advantage of by any buyer, and I relied on her knowledge to steer in me in the right direction, which worked! We got an offer "sight unseen" and sold our home quickly! Her years of experience and what she brings to the table are invaluable.
