Lori was phenomenal! She was remarkably flexible (we put that to the test on several occasions) and knowledgeable about the home purchasing process. As first-time home buyers, my wife and I never felt overwhelmed, uneducated or surprised and that had everything to do with Lori's professionalism and experience. She was incredibly easy to be contacted via phone/email and her response time was very fast. However, what stood out most was her personality...on numerous occasions, my wife and I found ourselves easily lost in conversations as if we were catching up with a good friend.
