Lori was available via phone or email when we had questions, concerns, or ideas to discuss with her. She was professional in all of her communications and was able to attend every appointment to work towards closing. When issues arose, she was very persistent in getting information from other parties to keep the closing process moving. We have used her before and had similar experiences so we know she is consistent in her performance over time!
