Lori was more than a realtor to us - she stepped up and led/managed the marketing and sale of our home within a few weeks after partnering. Professional and tasteful staging of our home was key in highlighting the best features of the home, and after just 5 hours of showing over one weekend, the property was sold. Her local knowledge, as well as overall experience in dealing with inspectors, lawyers, mortgage companies and other realtors helped us stay on track. She went above and beyond to keep us informed and also provided a list of tasks and timelines we needed to do to fulfill our obligations to ensure smooth closing. Lori was always responsive, accessible all the time, including weekends. Unless you buy or sell homes often, I dont think one has appreciation for the amount of work your realtor does to make sure a buyer or seller has a "no-stress" experience.
