I highly recommend Lori. My sister and I had to sell our parents home in Laguna Woods when they moved to an assisted living home. We live in North Carolina and Lori was a huge asset for us. Her knowledge of the community is superb, she had to personally bring contracts to my 91 year old step father for signing since he did not have a computer. She truly goes above and beyond. She made the process so easy for us. She even arranged for some people to clear out the house for us. That was huge since we do not live there and I was under lot of stress traveling coast to coast every other week. I truly could have not done this without her. She is pleasant, funny, easy going and a God send. Worth every penny. The repair negotiations went smoothly as well due to her knowledge of the community and superb contractors on her list.
