I have dealt with hundreds of Realtors in my 30 plus years as chief legal counsel for a title company here in Northeast Ohio. I have had a lot of experience dealing with the complexities of real estate transactions, and many times, the realtors fall short of my expectations. In this particular transaction, I represented the seller as his fiduciary, and this seller chose Lori Raath as the agent. Initially I was prepared for the usual turbulence. We had 13 showings on the house in almost one year but no offers were made. The house was clean and in good shape. Finally Lori had a showing and received an offer well below the listing price.
