Great attitude, knowledgeable and trustworthy!

We sold and bought homes in tri-valley area through Lori in ~4 months and throughout that period we felt very comfortable talking to her about our requirements. She was always responsive, empathetic and patient with all of our questions. She is very knowledgeable about the tri-valley area and when asked she would give her own honest personal opinion. We never felt pressured to make a decision we were not ready for. She also has a large network of people that helped us out during and post the buying process [handyman, stager, gardener, structural engineer etc.] Overall, we felt she was trustworthy, hardworking and joy to work with.
