Being a first time home buyer, I was very apprehensive and nervous about what to expect with buying, or how to go about the process. Lori not only put my mind and heart at ease, but she walked me through each and every part of the journey, and she went above and beyond in that she always made a point to explain things until she was sure I understood (she literally gave me five analogies one time until the "situation" clicked in my head)! She's incredibly knowledgeable about the area as she's lived here her whole life, and knew exactly where to help me look based off of what I wanted. I work in a client based field so my schedule often shifted, but Lori made sure she was available when I had spare to time to view homes. She is very fast at getting back with you, is extremely kind, courteous and professional, and will literally do everything in her power to bargain and negotiate on behalf of her client. At the time I was looking to buy a home (Jan. 2021), it was extremely important to have an agent that was very experienced and knowledgeable about the area. Lori did an outstanding job of learning the type of home I wanted, the price range I could afford, and didn't waste my time with homes she knew I wouldn't be interested in. Homes were typically getting offers in one day, and she contacted me on a Sunday evening because the home I ended up buying just came on the market. We were doing a walk-thru of the home within an hour of her notifying me. Her experience helped to guide me in making an offer, that was accepted over many other's that were interested. She continued to assist me throughout the entire process of purchasing, and was able to help me out with communications to the lender and insurance agency due to my extremely busy schedule. I highly recommend Lori to anyone that would prefer to have a relaxing approach to purchasing a home versus the normal stressful process.
