Great customer service, I could recommend her anytime. Met all our needs for a clean and fast sale. Very reliable. Every time we called she was available, or if we leave a message she will call back right away. Very happy with the results and I definitely would like to work with Lori again to buy a new house. Her professionalism and experience helped us to obtain more than what we were asking for the house. Even though the house was sold due to a divorce, she managed to have both parties informed at all times. If something that we asked did not make since she was able to take the time to explain and show us our best options. The house was listed for only a week and she showed the house only 2 days and we had enough offers to make a decision based in a well structured email explaining our options. After all the documents were signed and in order, the date on the contract was the day we did the of closing. In conclusion, I would Say that event though is a stressful time between packing, moving, cleaning. Etc., Lori made the whole process easier and less stressful in our side.
