We could not have asked for a better agent to work with than Lori! She was attentive, thorough, proactive, hard working, and a great communicator through our entire process. My husband and I reside in Florida and were looking for a retirement home in Washington state. Lori Montone had a listing in Port Ludlow that we wanted to buy. We had our realtor connect with her to make an offer. She gave us a virtual tour of the home and afterwards, suggested that we fly up to see it before making a decision. We flew up, toured the home, and saw many others that were for sale in the surrounding area. Lori was the consummate professional; never pushy, an excellent listener, and willing to go the extra mile to show us homes in other regions of the state during our short visit. We flew back to Florida without purchasing a home. Despite that, we continued to engage Lori via email, virtual tours, and phone calls. She was quick to respond to our questions and willing to go the extra mile to help us find our retirement home. She had numerous business contacts that she openly shared with us to facilitate the buying transaction. We finally settled on the home we originally inquired about and Lori did a stellar job negotiating the deal for us and we were very satisfied with the outcome. She’s the best realtor we have ever had the pleasure of working with and we’ve worked with many over the years. She’s truly one of a kind; she’s passionate about her profession and cares about making her client’s dreams a reality!

Lori Montone was so knowledgeable in all aspects of selling our home. She guided my husband and I through all the difficult problems, both personal and selling of our home. She was a knowledgeable and fun person and quickly became a good friend.

You know you have a great Realtor when your neighbors call you to compliment her. Yes - this actually happened when Lori ran our open house. They were impressed with the way Lori knowledgeably represented the home and neighborhood. With such a hot market, we (very) briefly considered selling by owner. I am so glad we didn’t. Lori provided “cradle to grave” service — all using her deep knowledge of the area. Based on the targeted buyer we expected, she provided guidance to prepare the house: not just things we SHOULD do, but things that were not worth doing. She then coordinated an all-out marketing campaign, including professional photos, 3-D tours, and reaching out to her vast network of agents. Once the listing was live, she followed up on all the showings. Throughout the process, she kept us fully updated. We accepted an offer within five days, but Lori‘s work was nowhere near done. She coordinated inspections, handled all communications with the buyers/agent, as well as the million details needed to close the sale, without a hitch. We trusted the sale of our home to Lori and would do it again (and again and again!).
