When I went looking for an agent to sell my property, I knew I needed someone who knew Okeechobee County and the dynamics unique to selling homes in the area. Knowing the internet is one of the biggest tools used in selling real estate in today’s markets I made it a point to find an agent who was visible on the internet and who was quick at responding when I called. The pressure was on! We sold our home in a nearby city and the closing date was rapidly approaching on December 28. The agent with whom we sold our property was of very little help in our chosen new community. After I completed the work I brought Lori to the house and because of the work we had done we agreed the property could get at least $20,000 more than originally thought. After only 3 showings we got a great offer, just shy of full.
