Lori Miles

Lori Miles was a dream leasing agent!! She helped me lease out my Laguna Niguel home, while at the same time she had to deal with an uncooperative current tenant and work under difficult conditions to get the home leased in a timely manner. Lori was readily available by phone, text, or email. She always made the extra effort to be available to show the home on a short notice too. I know that she kept her cool even when prospective renters failed to show up to appointments.. Her skills negotiating prices/terms and finding the "perfect tenant" was so appreciated. She found great tenants that will love the home and that means they will be more likely to take good care of my property too! Thanks Lori!!
