Lori was not our original agent. She was introduced to us by our original agent to assist when our agent was tied up. Lori hit the ground running and worked tirelessly to help us find the perfect home! She listened to what we were looking for and showed us properties that she thought measured up based on listings. She would always get to the home before us and she would tell us as soon as we got out of the car if the house would not meet expectations. She stayed within our price range and made recommendations to assist us in making the best decisions possible. She answered all of our questions and was right by our sides through the entire process, including the final walk through and the closing. We were first-time homebuyers and knew nothing about the process, so her knowledge and expertise were invaluable to us.
