We have known Lori for over 24 years, and can think of no other real estate agent whom we would rather deal with. Not only does Lori keep abreast of market trends, but she knows a vast array of skilled and reliable people who do inspections, repairs, and any service you need to either buy a home or prepare your home for selling. Lori always returns calls/texts, and when she says she will do something she follows through. The best thing we like about Lori is that she is a straight shooter. She communicates well with other agents in order for us to offer what she calls a "clean deal" so there is little/no haggling back and forth. Whether we have bought or sold our homes, Lori is always looking out for our family's best interest and not her bottom line. We cannot recommend Lori Martinelli-Silva highly enough.
