I was referred to Lori by my lender and she did not disappoint. I am a first time home buyer and although I did my research I still had a lot of questions & needed help during my home buying journey. I had a lower budget with some high expectations and Lori did not give up and continued to stay positive throughout our house looking. ' Lori constantly monitored the state of the real estate market and kept me apprised of recent changes. Lori explained the importance of staging in relation to time on the market and obtaining asking price. Lori was sensitive to my working hours and scheduled showings appropriately. Lori asked me what asking price I wanted to start at and then would use her knowledge of the local market and fine tune it depending on how fast I wanted to sell. Lori kept in constant contact during the entire process and I could always get in touch with her with any questions. Lori recommended an intuitive stager she had worked with before who made my place look fantastic. Her photographer was a professional and the pictures were outstanding. Part way through I found a home I really wanted and Lori sped up the timeline on selling my condo to meet the contingency for me to buy a home.
