Absolutely amazing work. I'm being as objective as possible here. She has been on time, enthusiastic, and most of all empathetic during the entire process of selling our condo. If something happened that set us back like the multiple back outs while more than half way through escrow she would share in our frustration and then reassure us. Not with just empty words but with continued results from her hard work letting us know which buyers are still interested and contingencies to put on the contract to protect us from further backs outs, at leas to offset the cost of keeping the condo on the market. Smack dab in the beginnings and into the pandemic she was far ahead of everyone else in providing safety measures to ensure there would be no disease spread while showing the condo, and when it wasn't safe she would let us know that she would close down viewings for the time being. These are just a few of the many, many instances in which she has shown her work ethic and genuinely good hearted core personality. Eventually my family and I would like to move back to the area and when that happens I hope she will be there to help us. PS. if there's any doubt that this is all just lip service I literally have her card pasted up on my wall in my office so I don't lose it, that's how much I enjoyed working with her.

After her initial walk through of the property, she devised an thorough action plan. This included complete clean up and ridding of all personal items through an estate company, hiring a cleaning crew to deep clean the entire house, staging for the sale and working through the escrow process. Lori was always available for questions. Communication and follow up was prompt and efficient. The entire transaction felt casual instead of stressful as one may expect. She relieved a lot of the tension and anxiety that usually came with these transactions.
