Lori went way out of her way to help clean, and so much more, at my sister’s home to get it ready to sell. I live an hour + away from where my sister’s home was, her kids live out of state. Lori was at the house just about daily! My sister’s home sold quickly because of all her help. Lori is extremely knowledgeable in all areas of being a realtor and always answered our questions immediately. We couldn’t have done this without Lori. We highly recommend her! 😀

Lori recently sold our home in Centennial. She went ridiculously above and beyond our expectations. We moved out of state and the home was vacant during sale. Unfortunately, we had a disaster occur due to a leaking water line while the listing was active which caused significant damage. Lori worked for three weeks straight to get the house back to normal condition and somehow even GOT US A SALE WHILE THE HOUSE WAS TORN APART FROM THE DISASTER. She worked tirelessly, communicating with the buyers and their agent to keep our closing on schedule and our contract price intact in the middle of a melee of painters, plumbers, floor installers, drywallers, etc. She made countless phone calls, trips to the property, and even the Home Depot to make sure our property sold on time. Lori is very experienced and is a skilled negotiator. A perfect combination of no-nonsense businessperson mixed with a kind and caring personal touch. She has a great network of Real Estate, Mortgage, Title, and Contractor contacts which was a God-send during our sale. My wife and I have bought or sold multiple homes over the past few years and Lori is hands-down the best agent we've worked with. If we ever do another property transaction in the Denver metro again, we would hire her in a heartbeat.

Lori was wonderful to work with and she stuck with us through a year of actively looking for a second home to be closer to our kids. She coached us well as we put in multiple bids and she was frank and realistic about helping us determine our offers. Lori is straightforward and was clearly more interested in us finding the right thing than just making a sale. We also sometimes worked with her to tour many homes remotely and she did a great job on those video tours assessing the homes and neighborhoods against our criteria and preferences. Can't say enough good things about her!

Was a great experience working with Lori and the other people she works with, to make the home selling and buying process work so well. She was very communicative and flexible and showed me many awesome places that were all aligned with what I said I was looking for. This is the second time I have bought with her and was happy to be working with her again. I would recommend her and her services to anyone, as she found a Unicorn, in a market that is not exactly ideal.

Our whole family loves Lori - we’ve used her three times now (two sales, one purchase) and if we ever get to move back to denver, she will be our realtor no question. She’s honest, quick to respond, knowledgeable on the denver market and goes way above and beyond for her people. She’s helped us find all of the best people to work on our last house over the years - plumber, sprinkler guy, small project renovations, etc. In addition to being incredible at her job, Lori never made us feel inferior for not knowing specific real estate terms and she never made us feel like an inconvenience when we have 1000 questions. We’re moving out of state and she’s set the best standard for what to look for in a realtor!

Lori is a phenomenal agent. I have recommended her services to friends and she’s done a great job for them as well. She goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure she does right by her clients. I moved to California and had trouble with the agent I used here and I called her to ask questions and she did what she could to help me even though she had nothing to do with the sale! I can’t recommend her enough. She’s hardworking, sassy and above all else great at her job!
