Absolutely the best!

From the very beginning we were impressed with Lori and so grateful that we had found her to help us sell our Cape Cod home of over 20 years. She was clearly very knowledgable about the market, not an easy task at that time, and was very professional in laying out a strategy with us. But most important to us, she was very easy to work with and clearly focussed on getting to know us, the home and what our needs and expectations were. She guided us through getting the home ready for sale and developed an impressive marketing package. Once listed, she kept us informed about the activity level, comments and finally the offers as they came in. She was great at advising us in how to consider the offers and how best to respond. At the end of the day, we ended up entering a contract that was well above the listing price, which itself was well above what our expectations were. To top that all of, Lori did an excellent job of navigating the process through closing which entailed some unique and stressful challenges. It goes without saying that we would highly recommend Lori to anyone in search of a quality professional realtor.
