We reached out to Lori earlier this year, near the end of February for help with both finding a new house and selling our condo. We closed on a new house in June of this year and closed on the sale of our condo in July. Lori was absolutely incredible throughout, her knowledge of the real estate process is superb and she was able to provide quick and comprehensive answers to any of our questions. She was extremely prompt at responding to any messages that we sent her, irrespective of the time of day, and made both of us feel as though we were a high priority for her. With respect to searching for a house, it was apparent that Lori had taken the time to review our list of wants and deal-breakers throughly, as the listings that she sent us were always in line with what we were looking for, rather than just sending us every listing that became available. When touring properties, Lori was excellent at pointing out both positive and negative features of each place, and provided us honest assessments of the quality of the property. We really appreciated that she seemed to be looking to find us a good home and not just trying to shove us into the first house that we saw. When it came time to sell our condo, Lori took the time to go over the property with us and suggested things that could be either touched up or improved. She spent a large amount of time helping us stage the place both for tours and for listing photos. We had a large number of showings and received multiple offers on our condo, and eventually were able to accept one over our asking price, which we believe was in no small part thanks to Lori’s efforts. Lori was an amazing agent to work with, she took one of the most stressful experiences that we’ve gone through and made it as easy and manageable as possible. We would not hesitate to recommend her to friends and family members who are looking to buy and/or sell property.
