I came back a second time because I knew from my first experience that Lori gets the job done at the highest level, but also I knew she would competitively get me the best deal. She also helped tremendously with recommended contractors for various repairs and inspections that I needed to consider in my transaction. She is regularly in communication in a friendly approachable manner with consistent appreciation for your business and sound judgment. If you are looking to competitvely get the most out of your home sale or purchase (again, I have experienced both), while minimizing any road bumps that invariably can occur when dealing with a home transaction, I cannot recommend anyone more highly.
