My fiancé and I started looking for a home as first time buyers. I reached out to several real estate agents and Lori responded back right away. She offered to chat with us and walk us through the buying process and support our decision after that (if we wanted). She gave us the process in detail and spent an hour answering every question we could think of. We immediately knew she was the perfect person to help us through this life changing event! She asked questions about our likes and dislikes, what our budget was, what we were hoping for and a general area. She sent countless homes to us to review and decide if we wanted to go look. There was never pressure but always support. Due to smoke allergies, the first few homes we came across had been smoked in (we found out upon arrival and opening the door). When I apologized profusely for not being able to go in and wasting her time, she assured us it was no problem. She truly made me feel cared about. Each home we went in, she knew what to look for, what was typical and what were red flags. We absolutely knew we could trust her to point out any things we would miss because we just didn’t have the experience or expertise. When we finally found THE ONE, she helped move the process along, gave us advice to help close the deal, and fought for our well being in the process. She truly acted as our advocate. She stayed up late and got up early to ensure we would close on the home of our dreams. When we encountered a few issues after closing, she did more than we ever could have imagined. She had someone come out to look at our home and talk us through any concerns. She also gave us a beautiful gift to help us with repairs. I can’t imagine working with anyone else. Words cannot describe how grateful we are that we had the opportunity to work with Lori as our real estate agent.
