I told Lori I sold my house on Thursday and she JUMPED at the opportunity to sell me a new one! That next Monday we looked at condos and the first one she showed me, I ended up buying! If we had any questions about a house she made sure to get us an answer extremely quick. She also was very knowledgeable with the value of each house and had great insight about what types of things to put in our offer to strengthen our offer above others. We didn’t have the highest offer for the house we ended up getting but because of Lori’s recommendations on other important things to a buyer, we had the strongest offer!
