Best Agent in the Desert!

I was in a pretty tough spot trying to sell my South Palm Springs condo. It had a great location and was newly refurbished. But an HOA, land lease and smaller size made it one of those places that might sit for a while, even on the best market, until the right person happened along. And I didn't have a lot of time to play with either. It's the kind of case that could only be solved by the best. Luckily, I knew just that person - Lori. I've bought a home, done the landlord thing... In short, I've worked with a few agents in Palm Springs. No one can hold a candle to Lori. She is a powerhouse: knowledgeable, seasoned and embedded in the local market. However, the two things that really set her apart, and made my impossible sale actually happen, were her honesty and trustworthiness. In other words, she'll tell you what you need to hear to make good decisions, and she's always representing YOU. That is the paramount quality and that is her. I really can't say enough. To me, selling my home meant a LOT: it opened a whole new chapter in my life and allowed me to plan what I wanted accomplish in the future, rather than hauling around a relic of the past. I don't think any other agent could have done it with my budget, market and timetable. And I'm not the only one who knows this: Lori came recommended by many people close to me who'd also bought and sold properties in town.
