I find no shortcomings in Lori and her team. She is a class act, smart, and knows real estate! If I were forced to suggest one area to add skills (she is a 9/10 on this to me) would be negotiation. There were times when I felt we were all about getting closed and less about win / win - negotiation. However, I am clueless of what happens "on the other end" --- and I hesitate to mention even this. I would gladly pay Lori the full commission than pay less to get far less.

Lori was very knowledgeable and available to us whenever we requested to see homes. We live 4 hours out of town so we would let Lori know what days we would be in town and she would make appointments at the houses that we wanted to go see.
