Lori was our agent for 4 months as she negotiated a short-sale for us as the buyers. We were so impressed with her knowledge of the local neigborhoods, her skills coordinating and overseeing document preparation between the seller's agent, our bank, homeowers association and the Veteran's Department. And it was truly amazing her unmatchable communication with the lenders, home inspectors, pest control and title company. She was so sucessful as she was always one step ahead of what was requested and we felt she was always protecting our interest to insure we got the best outcome of the negotiations. She was so pleasant to work with, you could only admire her talent which came so easy for her to do - finding our dream home.
