Lori really knew the market, she provided current listing that showed the houses to compare with mine. Based on that we came up with a price that was toward high end. She went through the house and suggested small changes to placement of furniture and hired a videoist who videoed inside and out. She knew that based on my house and relative lack of inventory the house would sell quickly. We put up coming soon notices as I needed to manicure the yard. We had over 50 people at the open house and it sold over asking price. That fell out due to a personal issue of the buyer but we had another offer over original listing price within two days. Lori negotiated with the buyer their somewhat lofty expectation and we were able to close in 3 weeks! She helped me with my questions and natural anxiety as that sale I had ever done! She kept me informed and suggested negotiation points. Thanks to her, transaction went smoothly!
